About Dr.
Dr. Anatoliy Yarovyi holds a Doctor of Law degree and a Master's degree in Law from both Lviv University and Stanford University. He was one of the candidates for a judgeship at the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), reflecting the highest level of recognition in international human rights law.
Dr. Yarovyi specialises in representing clients at the ECHR and before Interpol in matters concerning extradition, personal and business reputation, data protection, and freedom of movement. His academic credentials and judicial-level expertise give clients access to some of the most sophisticated legal analysis available in international criminal defence.
His practice extends to strategic advice on cross-border reputation management — including removal of damaging information, challenges to database entries, and protection of freedom of movement rights under international law.
