Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and how you can exercise your rights.
Last updated: 30 July 2026
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Yarovyi & Partners (trading as Extradition Lawyers Israel), 171 Arch. Makariou III Avenue, 4th floor, Vanezis Business Center, Limassol 3027, Cyprus. Email: [email protected]. Telephone: +357 96 447 475.
What we collect
When you submit the contact or emergency form, we collect the name, email address, telephone number and message you provide, together with the page from which the form was sent.
Our web server and our network provider record technical data for security and abuse prevention: IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL, and the date and time of the request.
We do not ask for details of your case in the form itself. Please keep the initial message brief and do not attach confidential documents until a secure channel has been agreed.
Why we use it and on what basis
Enquiry data is used solely to respond to you, to assess whether we can act, and to keep a record of the enquiry. The legal basis is your consent in submitting the form and our legitimate interest in responding to prospective clients.
Technical log data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available.
Who else processes it
Form submissions are delivered to us by email and are recorded in our client-relationship system (Bitrix24) and in an internal notification channel (Telegram). These providers process the data on our behalf as service providers.
The website is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical request data as part of delivering and protecting the site.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising or profiling cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request data necessary to serve the font files.
If web analytics are introduced later, this policy will be updated before they are enabled.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to instructions are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Where we are instructed, file retention follows the professional and statutory retention rules applicable to the matter.
Server and security logs are retained for a short period in line with our provider settings.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Requests can be sent to [email protected] and are answered within one month.
Where processing is subject to the GDPR, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence.
Confidentiality
Sending an enquiry through this website does not create a lawyer-client relationship. It does, however, mean we treat the content of your message as confidential. See our disclaimer for the limits of information published on this site.
